Worrying is something that most of us do, understandably. However, it can get in our way of feeling our true feelings, connecting with those around us effectively, and creating what we actually want. On this episode, I talk about what worry really is, why we seem so obsessed with it, and some specific things we can do to transform our worry in healthy and productive ways.
