It’s easy to get irritated by the small, everyday things that don’t go our way, from minor inconveniences to other people’s behavior, especially these days. On this episode, I talk about how shifting our default setting mildly annoyed to mildly amused can change our experience in meaningful ways, why this mindset helps us stay more grounded, less reactive, and tap into more flow, and how bringing a little levity and perspective, even when things might be heavy, can make everything feel lighter and more manageable.
