Managing our anxiety is both important and challenging, especially right now. With so much uncertainty and potential change in the country and the world, as well as the various aspects of our life and work that matter most to us, it is easy to get stuck in fear. On this episode, I talk about how understandable it is for us to feel anxious, particularly these days. I then share some specific things we can do to effectively manage our anxiety and liberate ourselves.
