Why Having Compassion for Yourself and Others is So Important Right Now

With things being as challenging as they are right now, many of us are struggling for a number of different reasons.  As we continue to navigate this difficult time and do what we can to support those around us, it’s really important to operate with compassion.  On this episode, we discuss specific ways to embrace compassion and practice forgiveness – both with ourselves and with others.  These things aren’t always easy, especially these days, but they’re essential for our own self-care and for the well-being of the people with whom we work and live.
