In order for us to create anything new for ourselves and our teams, it’s essential for us to think differently. This is often easier said than done, because we often get caught in habitual patterns of thought. On this episode, I talk about how to get out of this rut and some specific things we can do to think in different ways. Doing this allows us to be creative and innovative, and gives us access to new ideas and solutions.
