I spend a lot of time thinking, writing, and speaking about the importance of humanity at work…and I’m still amazed at how challenging it can be, and also how profound it is. On this episode, I discuss some of the key reasons that it’s so essential for us to create humane working environments these days, why it can be difficult, and some specific things we can do to bring more of our humanity to work.
