Like millions of people around the country and the world, I’ve been feeling heartbroken by the devastating tragedy in Texas with the recent floods. On this episode I share some of my thoughts and feelings about what happened, and about how we can navigate uncertainty and even tragedy with as healthy a perspective as possible. Our ability to authentically make our way through pain, disruption, grief, and the unknown are both challenging and essential, especially these days.
