Embracing Multifaceted Truths

Remembering that multiple truths can coexist simultaneously is crucial for understanding complex situations and navigating work and life these days.  This, however, is often much easier said than done, especially in today’s world.  On this episode, I talk about some of the things that make embracing different perspectives so challenging.  I also share four specific things we can do to expand our capacity for understanding multiple and even conflicting ideas at the same time, which can be a real super power when harnessed with authentic curiosity and empathy.
