Are You Being Challenged in an Empowering Way?

Being challenged is an essential aspect of our growth and our ability to create success. However, not only does it take courage, it can be hard to be challenged. It’s also important for us to make sure we’re getting the type of feedback we truly need and that it’s being given to us in an empowering and healthy way. On this episode, I talk about some of what makes this tricky. I then share specific examples of how we can lean into it being challenged in a way that is both supportive and effective.
