For us to have the kind of relationships and impact we truly want to have – as leaders, parents, friends, spouses, family members and more – apologizing and forgiving are essential. These things, however, can be challenging for a variety of reasons. On this episode, I talk about some of what gets in the way of us being able to effectively apologize and forgive. I then share some specific things we can do to make it more conducive for these things to happen authentically in our relationships, within our families, and on our teams.
