I threw out my back this past weekend and was in an enormous amount of pain. This experience, coupled with the news of the omicron variant spreading rapidly, had me reflect on the humbling nature of life, especially these days. Being able to embrace authentic humility is actually something that can give us a lot of freedom and power.
