Paradox is something that I’ve always been fascinated by – the notion that more than one thing can be true at the same time, and often these truths can contradict one another. We seem to be having a hard time, especially right now, embracing paradox in our society, but it’s essential for us to do within our teams, our families, our communities, and our world.
