At this time of year, we’re often thinking about what we want to create, accomplish, and experience over the next twelve months. However, setting and achieving our goals can be tricky and we often think about it differently at work than we do in our personal lives. On this episode, I talk about some of the things that make it challenging to set goals in an effective way, how we can learn something personally from the ways we usually approach targets at work, and some specific things we can do to set ourselves up for success with our most important desires.
