We live in a world obsessed with blame; constantly focused on who’s at fault for the various challenges we face, individually and collectively. While this makes sense and is understandable for so many reasons, it doesn’t serve us and often leads us down an unproductive path. On this episode, I talk about the disempowering aspects of blame and offer some ideas for how we can shift to responsibility in an authentic and effective way.
There are really only two ways to resolve any conflict or issue we face – deal with it directly, all the way through until it gets worked out…or simply let it go. Letting things go is such an important and liberating thing to do, yet it can be challenging for us to do so authentically.
