While this makes sense for a number of reasons, worrying that bad things could happen doesn’t usually help and can actually be quite detrimental to us and those around us. On this episode, I talk about how we can shift our mindset and ask different questions when facing important or even stressful situations. When we change our approach, not only can it reduce our anxiety, it can also inspire us and others in new and productive ways.
Because things don’t always go as planned, it’s essential for us to make adjustments. However, making adjustments can be easier said than done, for a number of reasons. However, being able to feel all of our emotions authentically is one of the most important and liberating things we can do for ourselves, our relationships, and for our personal and professional wellbeing. On this episode I talk about how we can stop blaming our feelings on the people and circumstances around us, and I share some specific ways we can start feeling our emotions with a greater level of depth and ownership.
