Asking for help is challenging for most of us, for a variety of reasons. With everything going on these days and many of us feeling understandably depleted, it’s even more difficult to request the support that we need. However, being able to ask for help is so important right now, not only for our own well-being, but for the health and success of our relationships, families, and teams.
