As people, leaders, parents, and more, we often waste a lot of time and energy thinking we aren’t good enough. On this episode, I talk about this common but detrimental phenomenon, and offer some ideas and techniques for us to embrace being enough. I also talk about why it’s important to say “enough,” when it comes to certain negative patterns, habits, and behaviors – both ours and others.
