Accountability is essential for success and performance – both personally and collectively. However, many of us have a complicated relationship with it since it can be uncomfortable to hold others accountable and to be held accountable by those around us. On this episode I talk about some of the challenges we face with this dynamic. I also share some specific things we can do to hold ourselves and others accountable in the most effective and empathetic way possible.
