Debbie Ford This is an incredibly profound book about embracing all of who we are.
Debbie Ford’s shadow work is something that I continue to

side” as a way to access all of our greatness. This book, the

Clifton and Tom Rath This is a great book about the incredible power of appreciation and
acknowledgement. I recommend this book to people all the time,
especially to my corporate audiences, leaders, and the teams with whom
I work. This book is based on fifty years of Gallup research about what
motivates and empowers people. The metaphor is that we are all buckets
of water and we are either filling people's buckets with more water, or

Win, Chris Andersonn This amazing book is written specifically for young athletes and
parents of athletes. However, it is actually a book for anyone. Chris
Andersonn addresses many important aspects of emotional awareness and
self-discovery. This book has depth, heart, and true spiritual wisdom.
It also has a number of powerful exercises and techniques that have

Gay and Kathlyn Hendricks This is the best book on relationships I have ever read. I read this
book for the first time about 7 years ago. It taught me a lot and
helped me work through a difficult break-up. I have since re-read it a
number of times and will probably read it many more times in the
future. Gay and Kathlyn Hendricks are amazing in their ability to teach
deep truths about love relationships in a way that is easy to read,

Patrick Lencioni This book is written as a "fable," as are all of Lencioni's books. This
book is all about how teams can come together and overcome their
dysfunctions to connect, communicate, and function together as a

work, it is great. Michelle and I went to see him film his PBS special

David Deida This book changed the way I related to myself as a man. I was initially
turned off by the title. However, I am so glad that I got over that and
read this incredible book. David Deida shares deep and cutting-edge

face in our lives. I felt understood, appreciated, and supported as a

Louise Hay This is a wonderfully powerful book about the incredible connection
between our minds, our thoughts, and our health. Louise Hay is a leader
in meta-physical new thought, especially as it relates to health and

body parts and ailments, with their corresponding mental and emotional
connections. In addition, this list contains wonderful affirmations

Phillips This book contains one of the best workout/diet programs I have found.
I read this book initially in 2000 and have used this program (on and
off) since then. It is a quick read and it makes sense. Bill Phillips

Benjamin Hoff This great book may have actually been the very first personal
development book I ever read. My sister Lori gave this to me when I was
in high school and I loved it. Benjamin Hoff uses one of our favorite

Tuesdays with Morrie,
Mitch Albom This amazing book is a true story of a relationship between a young man
(Mitch Albom, a well-known sports writer from Detroit) and an elderly
man (Morrie) who is dying. The book documents their meetings and
conversations over the last year of Morrie’s life. It is an
incredibly moving story. I loved it. Reading this book helped me put a

Many Lives, Many Masters, Brian
Weiss This book rocked my world! After reading this book I had a whole new
awareness and appreciation for past-lives and for life in general.
Brian Weiss, a somewhat conservative Psychiatrist, tells an incredible
